What You’ll Do: Active business development, bringing in new clients through networking events, regular client meetings, proactive cold-calling and penetration of current clients. Build relationships with top-tier candidates, fostering long-term, meaningful relationships built on trust and collaboration. Bring innovation and drive to our team; finding new & better ways to do recruitment, seeking opportunities beyond what we’re already doing. Managing accounts with strategic thinking and a culture of trust. What We’re Looking For: Have at least 36-months Technology recruitment experience A Proven 360 Billings profile – Principal Consultants are expected to bill £250k+ (new business) Someone who knows the Full Stack Engineering market inside out Someone who wants a seat at the table of an ambitious, profitable early-stage startup Proven success within their niche and wants the opportunity for career growth whilst living a more flexible lifestyle Resilient & disciplined to stay consistent every single day Ambitious and self-motivated to be a future leader (biller or management) Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships Passion for Tech for Good Someone who shares Owen Thomas’ values; balancing purpose, profit and planet It’s not all about billing, we are looking for someone who is goal-oriented both professionally and personally What’s In It for You: 22.5%-25% Commission on every placement – uncapped & no threshold Competitive basic salary Early-Stage Equity Unlimited holiday Fully Remote Option OR access to co-working space/London office if required.
